2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation to use our services.
3. Scope of Services
EssenzaLogic provides:

Information delivery based on clinic-provided content

Lead capture and enquiry routing

Optional booking or scheduling integrations
EssenzaLogic does not:

Provide medical advice

Diagnose conditions

Replace qualified clinical staff

Make treatment decisions
All outputs generated by the service are informational and must be reviewed and approved by the clinic.
4. User and Clinic Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information

Ensure your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Maintain the security of login credentials and access keys

Review and approve all clinic-specific content used by the AI
-
Ensure compliance with healthcare, advertising, and data-protection obligations applicable to your clinic
You are responsible for how EssenzaLogic is configured and deployed on your website.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use EssenzaLogic to:

Provide misleading or unlawful information

Collect or process personal data without lawful basis

Violate patient confidentiality or healthcare regulations

Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform

Use the service for spam, harassment, or abusive behaviour
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is identified.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
Use of EssenzaLogic is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
a) Website analytics & cookies
We use cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the EssenzaLogic website.
Analytics cookies are only activated after user consent, in accordance with UK GDPR and PECR.
Website analytics data is used solely to improve site performance and user experience and is not used for advertising.
b) Clinic data & enquiries
When providing services to clinics, EssenzaLogic may process enquiry data on behalf of the clinic. In these cases:

The clinic is typically the data controller

EssenzaLogic acts as a data processor
Data is processed only for the purpose of delivering the service.
c) Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Where required, a separate Data Processing Agreement may be provided upon request to reflect GDPR obligations between EssenzaLogic and the clinic.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in:

The EssenzaLogic platform

Software, prompts, workflows, and configurations

Branding, logos, and website content
remain the property of EssenzaLogic or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription period.
8. Subscriptions, Trials & Fees
Subscription plans, pilot programmes, pricing, and billing terms are set out on the website or in a separate written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:

Trials or pilots may be limited in scope or duration

9. Service Availability & Support

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EssenzaLogic in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold EssenzaLogic harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
